About Brtherly

We believe fraternity treasurers deserve better tools than spreadsheets and group chats.

Our Mission

Every semester, thousands of fraternity treasurers take on one of the most thankless jobs in Greek life. They're responsible for tens of thousands of dollars, expected to chase down dues from their own friends, and somehow produce professional reports with nothing but a spreadsheet and a prayer.

We started Brtherly because we lived this. We saw treasurers burn out, chapters lose track of money, and leadership transitions turn into chaos because financial records lived in someone's personal Google Drive.

Our mission is simple: give fraternity treasurers the same quality financial tools that real organizations use, designed specifically for how Greek life works.

Why We Built This

The treasurer position is set up to fail

Most treasurers have no financial training, limited time, and tools that weren't designed for the job. They're managing real money with real consequences using consumer apps meant for splitting dinner bills.

Chapters need accountability, not complexity

National organizations and universities are asking for better financial controls. But the solution shouldn't require an accounting degree. We built Brtherly to be simple enough for any treasurer while providing the audit trails and reports that satisfy oversight requirements.

Knowledge shouldn't leave when officers graduate

When a treasurer graduates, their successor often starts from scratch. We designed Brtherly so that financial history, processes, and institutional knowledge transfer seamlessly to the next person in the role.

The Team

Brtherly is built by a small team that includes former fraternity treasurers, finance professionals, and engineers who have seen firsthand the challenges of managing chapter finances.

We're based in the United States and committed to building a product that actually solves the problems treasurers face every day.
