Pricing FAQ
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access to all features. No credit card required to start. Set up your chapter, explore the platform, and decide if it's right for you.
How does billing work?
Billing is per semester, not monthly. This aligns with how chapters budget and makes it easier to include Brtherly in your semester dues calculations.
Can we upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What if we have more than one chapter account?
Each chapter gets its own Brtherly workspace. If your organization has multiple chapters, contact us for multi-chapter pricing.
Do you offer discounts for smaller chapters?
The Starter plan is designed for smaller chapters with limited budgets. If you have specific circumstances, reach out and we'll work with you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We can also work with chapters that need to pay by check or invoice for accounting purposes.
